About Roger y Jaime

These microlots of Pacas from Roger Vásquez and Jaime Muñoz are grown a stone's throw away from each other on the same high elevation spot on Santa Barbara called “El Cielito.” With complimentary profiles, they'll have a place on our menu for a while longer as a pair. Roger Vásquez is one of the first producers we developed a relationship with (6 years ago!) and he’s come along away since his farm’s first production of two bags of green. This is our first year working with Jaime Muñoz and we’re pleased with the results (expect to see more from Jaime later this year.) These lots fit together wonderfully with a classic fruity pacas profile that rounds out nicely as a shot of espresso.
